Most frequent shipping questions and answers
In Austria, Germany and within Europe we do not charge any shipping costs for shipping our MaxChip products. Overseas or in other parts of the world, the shipping costs are up to 45 euros depending on the desired destination country.
MaxChip sees itself as a global provider for chiptuning, which is why we deliver our products to almost all countries in the world. Already at the check-out, you will see a detailed overview of the offered delivery countries. If you come from one of the countries not listed, we ask you to contact our support.
This depends on your chosen destination country. Within the European Union, there are no customs or export charges. In other countries, customs charges might apply when you receive our product. These vary by country, so the associated information is best obtained from your customs office.
Our products are insured accordingly by our shipping provider. In such a case, therefore, please contact our customer service and we will see to it free of charge that you get a working product or the product is delivered to you a second time in exceptional cases.
Customer satisfaction is of great concern to us. If your order including payment is received by 16.00 clock with us, so the shipment of the ordered product will be on the same business day. So you can already benefit from your MaxChip Chiptuning within the next 1-3 days. Outside Austria and Germany, the average delivery time across Europe is between 1 and 5 working days.
We do not offer a special express option. However, this is also not necessary, since we ship anyway on the same day if payment is received by 4 pm.
Within Austria our products are shipped by default with UPS. In addition, you have the option during the ordering process to choose between different shipping providers and models. Please note that depending on the shipping model you choose, there might be additional costs.
The shipping partner and the shipping method is freely selectable by you. Exact delivery times can not be considered by the shipping partners due to a predetermined route.
Yes, to do this, please call the website of our shipping partners UPS(link to UPS) or DHL(link to DHL). There you can check the current status of the package by entering your shipment number. In addition, you can also see in your customer account whether your order has already been sent by us.
When you order a product from us, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, where you will also find the tracking number for your package. If this should not reach you for technical reasons in exceptional cases, please contact us. Our team will then gladly transmit your shipment number to you by phone or via email.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly. This acts as a “bridge” between you and the shipping provider. We will make every effort to have another delivery attempt made as soon as possible.
Normally, all products are in stock with us, so we can also send an order with several products directly and quickly to you. In the exceptional case that we need to reorder a product, we can gladly offer you a partial delivery for the available goods. Alternatively, you can also wait until all products are in stock and we will send them to you collectively in one package.
Yes, of course, you can also pick up our location your desired product within the opening hours.
If you have decided to pick up your MaxChip products directly on-site, the payment options cash, credit card as well as debit card are available. Please note that we, unfortunately, cannot accept credit cards from Switzerland.

You have not received the desired product? Your product is not ready for use? The product could not meet your expectations? In this case, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
In the event that it is a wrongly delivered or damaged product, we will pay the shipping costs in full.
If your product was delivered incorrectly, is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Of course. You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. Gladly advise our customers if you are interested in other products that might meet your expectations.
If the goods have not yet been shipped by us, there is the possibility via the customer account to cancel the order placed free of charge. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service, which will gladly make the cancellation for you.
MaxChip will normally transfer your money back to you within a maximum of seven days.
We want to satisfy our customers in the best possible way. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the beginning of the order.
In exceptional cases, such a thing can unfortunately happen. In this case, please contact our customer service, which will immediately take care of the initiation of the exchange. Likewise, you can request the exchange of your defective or incomplete delivery directly via your MaxChip customer account.
